1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, unless otherwise agreed by hi877 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer depending on the receiving institution. hi877 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if the account balance includes funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement. Where a bonus has been credited but its wagering requirement is not met at the time of withdrawal, the bonus and associated winnings may be removed from the withdrawal amount.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on hi877 are denominated in BDT. hi877 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion takes place on the platform. If you initiate a payment in a currency other than BDT through a third-party service, any conversion fees or exchange losses are solely your responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hi877 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your hi877 account balance in BDT at the time of activation.

5. Account Security and Player Obligations

If a breach is confirmed, all balances associated with the account, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Any remaining balance will be returned to you in BDT. 10. Limitation of Liability

hi877's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
